Tina offers her services as both a coach and trainer to individuals and organisations wishing to focus on the impact of hormone health and wellbeing either at work and/or at home.
Tina has over 35 years’ experience in coaching, training and consultancy. Her background in Psychology has strongly influenced her pragmatic approach to supporting individuals and businesses to achieve their potential through effective communication, teamwork and performance management.
She began her career developing and delivering practical coaching and training programmes within the not-for-profit and public sectors. In 2000, Tina set up her own coaching and training consultancy and quickly expanded her business to work with a wide range of private clients and within diverse business sectors, including various NHS Trusts and universities, insurance and pharmaceutical companies.
Throughout her career, Tina has focused on helping others to understand the psychology of well-being and performance, and how to use this to their advantage. Tina became naturally curious about the changing roles and expectations of women in the workplace and is a passionate advocate for the support needs of women at work. In particular, she has focused on stress management, dealing with difficult relationships, and the avoidance of “burn-out” at work.
Tina’s own on-going training and personal development has included certificated courses in coaching and mentoring, training skills, stress management, psychometric testing and emotional Intelligence.
