beth
• BSc Nursing •
• Independent Nurse Prescriber •

Beth is an Independent Nurse Prescriber with a special interest in the menopause and hormone health. She has specialised in women’s health in primary care for 16 years.

Beth joined Minter et Al in 2023 and brings expert clinical knowledge and judgement when delivering individualised treatment programmes for her patients.

In addition to providing care focused on the proactive management of perimenopause and the menopause, Beth supports women with their hormonal contraceptive choices and is an accredited progesterone contraceptive fitter and remover. She is also a current women’s health lead within an NHS practice.

Beth has a personal appreciation of how changing hormone levels can impact both physical and mental health after going through her own perimenopause journey. Her call to action was triggered when she noticed that there was a clear lack of clinical awareness and personalised support for women experiencing menopausal symptoms.

Beth believes in empowering women with knowledge and understanding, so they can make informed choices based on the latest research and treatment standards. She is committed to creating shared care agreements with her patients and is focused on putting the patient at the centre of their individual care programme.
