Initial Video Consultation (1 hour) | £199  
During the consultation Lexie will take a detailed history to discuss your symptoms and concerns and what choices you have for treatment. Lexie will discuss all your options available to you. The consultation charge also includes up to two further emails, within two months of your consultation if you have any additional questions. Outside of this, each email will be charged at £30.

Prescription requests are free if generated within a consultation using the online pharmacy options. This does not include the cost of the medication which will be in addition to this fee and charged by the pharmacy.

Follow-up Video Consultation at 3 months (30mins) | £115
These appointments are open to women who have already had an initial consultation and been seen in the last 12 months. At this follow up consultation, Lexie will discuss your progress, review treatment and then, together with you, discuss your ongoing management plan. Consultation fees are exclusive of medication or pathology tests. Prescription generation using the online pharmacy is included in a consultation.

Check-in Consultations (15 minutes) | £45
This is for existing patients to answer questions and queries in-between formal appointments. Consultation fees are exclusive of medication or pathology tests. Prescription generation using the online pharmacy is included in a consultation.

Prescription Requests
There is no prescription charge if it is generated during your consultation. Prescription generation using the online pharmacy is included in a consultation. Prescriptions issued outside a consultation will incur a £35 fee.  The same £35 fee is charged for prescriptions posted to you by registered post. This does not include the cost of the medication which will be in addition to this fee and charged by the pharmacy.

Your prescription will be issued via the medical records system and sent to the pharmacy provider agreed in your consultation. Costs vary depending on pharmacies, we may use different providers depending on what will be better for each patient. The pharmacy will confirm the costs, any delivery charges and take payment.  Most prescriptions over £40 have no delivery charge.

Example Private Prescription Costs*
We will initiate your HRT with a private prescription for the first few months and establish the best dose and regime based on your symptoms and medical history. We can set up regular repeat HRT prescriptions or communicate your HRT  treatment with your NHS GP to continue prescribing. Costs for a month’s supply of HRT will vary depending on the type of medication prescribed, but varies is around £14 per item. Testosterone is more expensive at £95 for a tube of cream that will last around 3-4 months. Please be aware that Androfeme testosterone is currently only available on an NHS prescription.
