1. Offer Period
   
   • This winter offer is valid from January. Appointments booked after the end date will not qualify for the discount.
2. Eligibility
   
   • The offer is open to all new and existing clients aged 18 years or older.
   • Appointments must be booked directly through our website, by phone, or at our clinic reception.
3. Discount Details
   
   • The discount applies only to services listed as part of this promotion. Additional services will be charged at standard rates.
4. Booking Requirements
   
   • Appointments must be booked and confirmed during the offer period.
   • Clients may reschedule their appointment within the promotional period and retain the discount, subject to availability. Rescheduling outside the offer period will forfeit the discount.
5. Payment Terms
   
   • The discounted rate must be paid in full at the time of booking or as per our payment policy.
   • Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other benefits.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
   
   • Cancellations must be made at least 72 before the appointment time to qualify for a refund.
   • Refunds for cancellations made after the stipulated period will be at the discretion of the clinic.
   • No-shows will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling with the discounted rate.
7. Non-Transferability
   
   • This offer is non-transferable and applies only to the individual making the booking.
8. Exclusions
   
   • The discount does not apply to consultations, medications, or any third-party services.
   • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or loyalty programmes.
9. Changes to Terms
   
   • The clinic reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice.
